About this project

The project encompasses the Identitats en relació brand and illustration. Identitats en relació is the title of the 2020 edition of the Cicle de Cine Africà i Dona, a film festival presented from March to April 2020 in Barcelona featuring the works of African creators. Furthermore, we designed the festival’s promotional material: the poster, rollup and brochure featuring the festival’s programming.⁠

Africa Adoolu (an NGO) organises the festival with support from the Municipality of Barcelona and 20 other entities, including us.⁠ The project started as part of our voluntary plan*. We were supposed to only create the poster for the campaign, but after getting familiarized with the project we decided to take on the whole project for a small fee.

*Our goal is to work on four pro bono design projects per year.
