Client: Ítaka: a new Tapas Bar/Restaurant located in the centre of Barcelona.

Briefing: Ítaka started as a tapas bar of Greek mezedes, and little by little it became a place with its own flavours based on Mediterranean food. They prepare cold and a couple of hot dishes each day.

Execution: Ítaka offers a variety of dishes based on Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. The good quality of their materials makes their food unique. Olive oil, an essential product in Greek cuisine, has been our inspiration. We proposed the use of olive leaves for their visual identity.

The menu´s inspiration was found in the owners´ love for pinups. They also loved bright colours. The complete menu can be seen here.
